Day 28 / Verse 26

sankat te hanumaan chhuraavey
mann kram bachan dhyaan jo laavey

From difficulties’ sinister grasp,
He releases those indeed,
aware of Him without a lapse,
in every thought, speech and deed.

( mann kram bachan – mindfulness in thought, deed, speech to be practiced)

Recap:
My journey has truly turned inwards, deep into my personal practices. The responsibility of resolving my life challenges is totally mine. As soon as I create a shift in my ‘directed consciouness’ * towards the fundamentals of my being, there is a shift in the spectrum of life from conflict to confluence, from dissonance to resonance, from harm to harmony.

* a concept I learnt from my high school teacher and inspiration, Arun Roy sir.

Verse 26 :
I am mindful of my thoughts, words and actions. I do what I say, I say what I think. I am authentic, I practice transparency. I avoid pretence ( except when bare truth may cause deep hurt or harm, in which case I choose the right words carefully, so as to curve the sharp edges of truth in order to minimize the possible hurt). Through this practice of being authentic, I face and resolve my challenges and difficulties ( sankat).
